The program, designed to foster a sense of community and shared purpose, brings together students at opposite ends of their educational journey for learning, laughter, and inspiration.

Each visit will include a shared meal and meaningful conversation, followed by reading a story together and engaging in a hands-on craft or activity. This month’s inaugural visit focused on building relationships and encouraging daily school attendance as a commitment to growth and learning.

Kindergarteners were encouraged to dream big, imagining themselves one day walking across the graduation stage just like their senior mentors. Through storytelling and shared experiences, the seniors emphasized the importance of showing up, staying curious, and leaving behind a legacy of kindness and dedication.

“This program is about more than just mentoring-it’s about creating a true school family,” said one participating senior. “We’re showing these little kids that they belong, that they matter, and that their journey is just beginning.”

As the program continues throughout the school year, each visit will highlight a new theme, reinforcing the values of perseverance, empathy, and community. Together, these students are building a bridge of hope-one story, one craft, and one shared meal at a time.
